Refund Policy

Levare Core is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings via the billing portal, and you won't be charged again after your current billing period ends. You keep full access to Levare Core until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We don't provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or a decision to stop using the service partway through a billing period.

If you believe you've been charged in error — for example, charged after you cancelled, or charged twice for the same period — contact us at matthew@levarestudio.com and we'll investigate and correct it.

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that can't lawfully be excluded — including a right to a remedy if Levare Core fails to be provided with due care and skill.
